Dynasty Avari Towers Karachi recently introduced a new menu. Yes, because of Chinese New Year, the new menu is introduced and it offers 2 different options “Shanghai” and “Grand Master Yu”. Both offer different soups, starters and main courses. Chinese tea and dessert from buffet is the same. I had a good time trying out the Grand Master Yu menu at Dynasty Avari Towers Karachi. Here is what I experienced;
Scallop Wanton Soup At Dynasty Avari Towers Karachi
I ordered Scallop Wanton Soup first. I love Wanton soup and there are very few places where they serve Wanton soup in Karachi. The soup was delicious and very light. Just perfect to my taste buds. Usually, Wanton soup is light, pleasant and not much spicy. Scallops tasted very well and gave a well-blended taste.
Cold Platter Combination
Then in starters I ordered Combination – Cold Platter. This platter had chicken, beef and prawns. It was a cold platter; the sauce on prawns was sweet and tangy. Chicken was nicely marinated, soft and tender. Beef was sliced very finely and seasoned well.
Crispy Fried Duck Breast At Dynasty Avari Towers Karachi
From the main course I ordered “Crispy Fried Duck Breast”. It isn’t easy to get your hands on duck, but at Avari Towers Karachi, I am never disappointed. I always get the duck and that too very tasty. The duck was tender and juicy from the inside but crispy and well fried from the outer ends. The dip with crispy fried duck was a little too over-powering; I preferred duck without that sauce. To me, fried duck itself was tasty enough to be consumed without any dip or sauce.
As usual the dessert was amazing. It was an amazing experience at Dynasty Avari Towers Karachi. Those who are looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, mainly from Schezwan menu, will definitely love the new menu at Dynasty. The per head is 6,888/- PKR (plus tax).
