Craving For Japanese Food? Head To Avari Towers Karachi

One thing which I love about Avari Towers Karachi is that the management is always on toes and busy in celebrating Food Festivals. This time it is Japanese Food Festival that is taking place at Avari Towers in Karachi. I was there at the Japanese Food Fest (at Fujiyama) last year with a few friends of mine and I enjoyed that. This time on 7th December, 2018 I visited Japanese Food Festival (Fujiyama) with my family and noticed that the menu is extensive. There are more dishes in main courses as well as in dessert section. Plus, the range of sushi is splendid. One thing is sure that Sushi lovers will be most satisfied at this food festival. Here’s the food review of Japanese Food Festival at Fujiyama.

The huge range of variety of menu at Japanese Food Festival is not just wider than last years but this time there are food dishes which are selected in a way that foodies usually look out for when they hit any Japanese restaurant to satisfy their Japanese cuisine craving. From Katsu to Sushi, Teppanyaki to Teriyaki and from different range of rice to tempuras and ice-cream, you’ll get it all at this Food Festival. There’s live cooking as well, which keeps food lovers engaged and enjoy the tricks and cooking style of the chef.

It was indeed difficult to select which aced up at the Japanese Food Festival, whether it was Beef Katsu, Chicken Teppanyaki or Beef Teriyaki. They all were cooked to perfection. You can find juiciness, tenderness and finest blend of taste which kicked the flavor as a whole.

With the huge range of Sushi, people were really excited and the counter was quite occupied making it obvious that whoever was there simply loved the Sushi and kept returning.

In my case I thoroughly enjoyed fish and prawn tempura, they were mild and fried to perfection. With the sauces tempuras tasted scrumptious.

For me Beef Katsu was the absolute winner, and then, I have always liked Chicken Teriyaki and Beef Teppanyaki. The food in totality is good, tasty and fulfills your desire for Japanese cuisine.
