NIC is a public – private collaboration of Ministry of IT & Telecom, IGNITE (formerly National ICT R&D), LMKT, PTCL, HBL and PPAF. These companies are bringing innovation and prosperity to Pakistan by giving its people a chance to bring their ideas and businesses forward. The National Incubation Center is now expanding its reach to the business hub of Pakistan that is Karachi. Small and medium sized businesses excel in Karachi. Startups will now have a platform to start their business from with the guidance of veteran businessmen and investors.
The National Incubation Center in Karachi will have its soft launch on Monday, the 23rd of April 2018. And soon after the incubation center in Karachi will be fully operative. NIC Karachi aims to provide working space to entrepreneurs, networking in the form of workshops, seminars and events, materials and resources, a startup curriculum, a learning model, a digital platform, and above all mentorship of seasoned businessmen and industry leaders who have years and years of experience and knowledge of how things work in business industry of Pakistan.
NIC Karachi will offer a more entrepreneurial culture across Pakistan by promoting and assisting young entrepreneurs in development of their businesses by creating strategies to move forward in the competitive business environment.
