Avari Towers needs no introduction. It is undeniably one of the most prominent and esteemed restaurants of Pakistan. Recently, Avari Towers Karachi organized a special bloggers meetup at Sky BBQ Avari Towers. Acclaimed food and lifestyle bloggers along with professional experts were invited to enjoy a scrumptious dinner under the lovely sky. Surprisingly, the weather that day was also very pleasant. It was breezy, humid and very pleasing for the guests.

The entire meetup was about Avari Towers’ Valentine’s Day’s promotion. As a foodie, I was only concerned, initially, about the food and its taste. So, let’s dive straight into the range and quality of food.
The Sky BBQ Avari Towers has more than just Bar Be Que to satisfy foodies. There are 18+ main courses, along with a huge range of desserts. I started my food spree with 3 main items i.e. butterfly prawns, chicken / beef seekh kabab, exactly two mutton chops. Prawns were, what you may call mild, but when dipped in the tartar sauce – simply heavenly (perfect for my taste buds). Beef and Chicken seekh kebabs were mild again, and are suited for those who don’t want heart-burns after eating spicy barbecue. Mutton chops were very well-done, they were juicy and tasty (not at all over-cooked).

I tried very small portions of briyani, paaye, chicken boti, and lahori fish. By the way the dessert line was much amazing. Everyone loved the food there.

I would recommend #AvariTowersKhi Sky BBQ for its great ambiance and aura, which it has successfully managed to maintain, over the years.
