I have a craze for “good” food. That’s one of the reasons why after devoting myself to digital marketing (content and social media), movies and family the only thing that consumes most of my time is finding good places to eat. Recently in Karachi, a new burger joint is launched at Saba Avenue, 26th Street, Badar Commercial, DHA named “Hunger’s Pack”. When I stepped inside the burger joint, I was literally amazed with the interior and its designing. Every corner represented a strong concept, from wooden blocks stuffed under the seating to the caged wall of free falling stones – each and every element tells something.

I almost tried everything that was on the menu, so let’s start from what I ordered first to the last. Peri-bites were served in the starters along with the baked potato. Peri-bites were nice, nothing tall to talk about as many other eateries offer almost same taste Peri-bites. Baked potato was nice with a slight distinction. The baked potato had corns, tomatoes, cream cheese and a few other ingredients sprinkled over it, which enhanced the taste. But the taste was towards the mild and creamy side.

Then I took the very first bite of “Spicy Chicken Wings”, those were literally eye-opener, as the wings were towards the tangy and spiciest side. For a moment I thought it must be a mistake from chef’s end but later on inquiring I came to know that the Spicy Wings are like that. Those who love highly spicy food would definitely love “Spicy wings”. Right after that I tried another form of chicken wings that are named “Char-grilled Wings”. These wings are high on garlic but very mild. So, if you are someone who is not into too much of spices, these wings are the ones which you should order for yourself. Char-grilled Chicken Wings are served with grilled garlic bread.

Next in the line were Melts i.e. sandwiches stuffed with cream cheese, mayo and chicken along with fresh veggies in abundance. I would call them stuffing as they were really heavy. These melts are available in two kinds of bread, the brown and the usual. I personally think, for me Melts will be the regular order on every visit.
Finally, grabbed the Beef Burger from Hunger’s Pack and it was a nice, juicy and decently mouthful food to consume. Again the sauces used in the burger were high on spices which actually added the kick in the burger.
Hunger’s Pack also offers shakes and ice-creams (vanilla and chocolate). I didn’t try them because I was full y then but those who tried liked the strawberry shake and chocolate ice-cream very much.
Taste At Hunger’s Pack:
Taste wise, Hunger’s Pack easily deserves a 3.5/5 rating because of different style of burgers and melts. The difference is actually the taste that is scarcely present in local market.
Pricing At Hunger’s Pack:
Price wise, Hungers Pack is towards the economical side. The burgers’ cost starts from 210 or 230 and with a meal the price goes to 530/- PKR – 570/-PKR which is fairly economical. The only pricey item on the menu would be Turkey melt that is 600+ because of its ingredients and all. So, on pricing Hunger’s Pack is 4/5.
Ambiance At Hunger’s Pack:
Lastly the burger joint itself is very spacious, not at all congested. You can easily move and select the best possible seating for yourself. The designs, artistic touches and different concepts will keep you engages. The huge windows with lovely arches will definitely catch your attention. In terms of taking, family and friends you can easily rate Hunger’s Pack a decent 4/5
